I first met Max in HK in September 1975. The night I arrived at Kai Tak Peter & Maureen Sibbald whisked me directly to Max & Phil’s flat next to BMH in Kowloon with the most fantastic view of HK island. I knew I’d arrived. These were the party people! Such fond memories of those happy days. My mother also enjoyed happy visits when Max&Phil were in Oman.
